It’s a known fact, not everybody loves to exercise. If you are one of those people, there are things that you can do to change your exercise mindset.
Like most anything, when you want to do something bad enough, you will make the time for it. Period.

Here are the last 3 tips to this series about being successful with exercise!
3 More Tips for YOU!
- Diversify your workouts! There is nothing more boring than doing the same thing over and over again. This “routine” you may like, is not benefitting your body. Quite honestly, you are wasting your time if you do the same thing over and over again. (That’s a different video).
Different activities will stimulate your mind and your body. Instead of ALWAYS hitting the gym, take your workouts outdoors. Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Find different things to do to keep it interesting.
- Doing something is better than nothing. When you are thinking you’d rather not exercise, put on those exercise clothes and hit the gym. Start working out and if after 15 minutes you don’t want to finish…then go home. Plain and simple. We all have days like that.
Chances are…you’ll finish your workout and be SO glad you did.
If the gym doesn’t excite you, at least get those shoes on and start walking outside. You may find the fresh air is exactly what you needed anyway!
- Respect Yourself. You DESERVE to exercise. Exercise is such a great way to feel great. Your body is made to move and loves to move.
When you start focusing on how you feel while you are exercising or after you have finished, you will find it more rewarding to get that workout done!
