This miracle is called Strength Training and everybody should be doing it!  Especially if you are 40 and older. Quite honestly, people of all ages should be doing strength training of some sort. 
After spending over 10 years working in cardiac rehab and over 14 years in pharmaceuticals…I’ve seen a ton of illness.  One of my passions is to truly help people age gracefully and with confidence. I can’t tell you how many people I saw who could barely get out of a chair, get off the floor, carry different objects, people who were wobbly…etc.
Being able to feel strong and confident will take you far!
As we get older…here’s what happens:  we lose strength, balance, cognitive thinking, flexibility, we start getting sick…diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and a lot more.
You don’t have to let this happen to you!
