BOSU ball squat with shoulder press

Powerful Golf Exercise

When it comes to golf, we need great balance and strength throughout our swing.  The squat with a twist and shoulder press on the BOSU ball will help you with all of that.

Grab your BOSU ball and a dumbbell! This is the Squat with Twist and Shoulder Press. 

Stand on the firm side of the BOSU ball with the dumbbell in your hands. 
Squat down, add a twist to one side.  Stand and raise dumbbell over head.  Repeat on the other side.  Do 12-15 reps on each side. 

Tips: Keep your knees between your toes and ankles (it’s OK to stick your butt out). If this exercise is too hard on the BOSU ball, do without BOSU ball.  You can also start without any weights in your hands.  Just go through the motions.
